Director Gail McHugh started as a model in West Germany and moved to the business end of the industry in the early 1980's. She has signed international scouting contracts with the majors in the U.S. and Europe as well as provide talent for major record label promotions and videos.

As a full service agency with a satellite office in the Nashville Metro area.  Validity Talent (a division of McHugh Management) has designed and/or participated in  promotions for Major Record Labels and their Artist since 1991.  We have worked with: Garth Brooks, Tim McGraw, George Strait, and Toby Keith to name a few for a little shameless promotion!

Our home office is relocating back to Nashville, Tennessee, while keeping a talent pool in the Charleston/Huntington metro area.  That area's local Reporting Top 40  Billing Station is WTCR in Ashland KY.

We have  talent pools and  satellite offices in Nashville, TN and our newest in Lexington and Louisville, KY and still  growing to better serve our clients and yours.

Talent and Models are under signed contracts and/or work agreement orders.  No-shows are inexcusable.    The advertising and film industry is known to be very demanding because so many  people’s reputation and paychecks rely on team players being  highly professional people.   It is our goal to have our clients resting better knowing that we are on board with their project.
