                                                              Booking Policies:

Rates vary depending on the talent required, working conditions, usage/time exposure and production time. We will be happy to quote rates based on information that you provide at no charge.

Live auditions/cold readings can be provided over the internet.

All agreements and paper work must be complete 48 hours before the booking or the agency has the right to cancel.

We do not provide nude or semi-nude models.

Clients must be willing to  provide company information such as state or federal I.D. number and/or Dunn and Bradstreet Rating.

There is a agency/casting fee  to be paid in advance before any time consuming task are to begin.  Payable via: www.Paypal.com   (Account info will be shared at booking completion)

“The buck stops here!”  We take full responsibility for our talent’s behavior and professionalism, as well as the contract/agreements with our clients.

There is NO PERSONAL information given out on our models or actors this includes cell phones, texting,  social security numbers, last names, or home address.  

Safety of course is our first concern with our talent and one of many other viable reasons for not sharing talent’s private information: Talent is liable via contract directly to us and there can be no legal recourse if we allow ourselves or clients to get into a “....but he said/she said..” situation. 

Talent calls this agency  before leaving for the booking, upon arriving and at the end of the booking.    We stay in touch with all field supervisors or company reps.

If there are to be any added hours or request to stay longer, it MUST BE cleared through this agency first and agreed upon through this office and then over-time agreement emailed  or hand-written and signed by the supervisor and given to the talent before the end of the show or booking.

   Our talent/agency contracts includes a waiver that does not hold you, the client, or this agency liable for any accidents going to or from or while on the job specified.  (Available upon request).   Talent agrees to  accept bookings at their own risk.

  If a job has any remotely compromising job details such as underwater, heights, or extreme weather, as an example, a one-day insurance policy will need to be purchased by your company and a copy provided to this agency 72 hours before booking whether on a union or non-union lot.

     All trade shows and convention services must be paid in advance via paypal.com.

Any invoices over $3000.00 may be allowed to pay casting fees via pay pal and granted a 10-day account set up for them.

  Payment to this agency does NOT depend on WHEN or IF your client pays you.  Any 30 day accounts that are granted must be paid regardless!

    We do not send talent out “for the experience” or “exposure” for free.  We do not send talent out on music videos with no budget.  We work with major labels ONLY. 

   We DO and will check with our new actors who are trying to build an acting resume’ to  gain acting experience on low or no budgets in exchange for still shots, and a dvd of their work for independent film makers.

                                    Cancellation Policies:

5-9 working days: 50% of first hour per talent plus expenses incurred and agency fee.

3-4 working days: 100% of first hour per talent plus 15% agency fee.

24 working hours: 100% of first 2 hours per talent plus agency fee.

Unexpected, inclement weather negotiable and fair.
